Returns & Refunds
Due to the delicate nature of matcha and other consumable products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for food items. This is to ensure the highest safety and quality standards for all our customers.
For matcha accessories, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kiyomimatcha.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please reach out to us at info@kiyomimatcha.com, and we will be happy to assist.
